Managerial coaching is a powerful process where you as a manager are challenged to become aware of what you want to do, where you want to be, and what you need to do to reach your goals. Executive coaching is solutions- and results-oriented and is based on an interaction between you as manager and me as coach. Each coaching process is tailored to you and your needs.
